Appointment
Please call the office to make your appointment.  We do require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to give yourself time to check in and relax. A late arrival may deprive you of treatment time and require a reschedule since we try to respect the next scheduled patients/clients.

Cell phones and pagers
To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the office.

Right of Refusal
Siena Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client or patient for improper conduct. Improper conduct will result in immediate termination of the treatment and the client will be billed in full. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
